Aims Update

October 23, 2007, Tuesday
Aims retakes will be administered at Chaparral on October 30th (WRITING), October 31st (READING) and November 1st (MATH). This will be a regular school day for all students.

Any student who still needs to meet standards in any area will receive a note reminding them to attend for testing.

Any junior or senior who had already met standards but wishes to retake any area to try for and exceeds standards should sign up in the front office at Mrs. Poole's desk. Students who achieve and exceeds standards on all 3 subject areas of AIMS may qualify for the Arizona Board of Regents Tuition Waiver Scholarship. Beginning with Class of 2009, only AIMS results from sophomore and junior year will be considered when determining eligibility for the High Honors Tuition Waiver. Students will need to 'Exceed' on AIMS during their sophomore or junior year to qualify.
