You have recently received a post card asking that you go to the CHAPTS website to provide your email address. CHAPTS and SUSD have made a commitment to "paperless" communication as much as possible. For communication to be successful, it is crucial that we have email address(s) for each and every family. Without a current email address, it is possible that you will not be receiving key information pertinent to your child and/or the Chaparral community. There are occasions where CHAPTS is asked to send emails on behalf of CHS/SUSD as they do not maintain a data base specific to each school.
Please take a moment to fill out the form with your email address; this form allows you to designate more than one email address per family and multiple grade levels. It is important to list each student as some correspondence is grade specific.
Privacy Policy - All email addresses are maintained solely for the purpose of Chaparral High School and CHAPTS’ communication with the CHS families. These addresses will not be shared with other entities or solicitors. If your email address should change during the school year, provide updated email information to using this form and add the word NEW behind the appropriate email address.
