Project Graduation - Class of 2008
Please join us as we celebrate Project Grad right after graduation, May 28, 2008. Project Grad is an all-night alcohol and drug free party. Due to the tremendous success of last year's party, we will once again hold this event off campus at F1 Race Factory. The cost of for Project Grad is $100.00 per senior which includes transportation to and from the venue, all games, food, prizes, cash raffles, and many more surprises.
We want every senior to attend, so no graduate will be left behind due to inability to pay.
Please print and complete all the forms in the Project Graduation 2008 Package then mail or drop it off at Chaparral High School with a your donation by check or credit card.
NOTE:
F1 Race Factory Waiver Form: Fill out Form A OR Form B
Sign Form A if the graduate will be UNDER 18 on May 28, 2008. Those under 18 must have their form notarized.
Sign Form B if the graduate will be 18 OR OLDER by May 28, 2008.
