Project Grad is an all-night drug and alcohol free party held immediately following the graduation ceremony. Graduation will be held at Wells Fargo Arena at ASU on Tuesday, May 25th, 2010. Due to the tremendous success of last year's party, we will once again hold this event at F1 Race Factory. We are requesting a $100.00 donation from all senior families to partially offset the cost of this event. This donation covers the all-night facility fee, transportation to and from the venue, all games, food, drinks, prizes, cost for speciality vendors brought in, and DJ services.

The inability to make a donation will not exclude a senior from participating in Project Graduation.

Our goal is to have 100% student participation at the Project Grad event! The safety of our graduates on their special night is our top priority.

If paying by check, please make your donation payable to CHAPTS, indicate your student's name on the check, and drop off or mail to:

Please print and complete all the forms for Project Graduation 2010 Package according to these instructions Project Graduation Mandatory Forms, then mail or drop it off at Chaparral High School with a your donation by check or credit card.

    Sign Form A if the graduate will be UNDER 18 on May 25, 2010 Those under 18 must have their form notarized.Minor/Form A
